Welcome to Loudoun Force!
Loudoun Force is a U15 Boys travel soccer team of the Loudoun Soccer Club. The Fall 2007 season is the team's second season led by Head Coach Aaron Smith and Assistant Coach Dave Schaeffer. Located in Loudoun County, Virginia, near the nation's capital, the team plays matches in the Old Dominion Soccer League.

Promote player development and growth in a fun, challenging and competitive environment.
Force Team Goals
- Develop each player's individual technical skills, tactical awareness, sport psychology and fitness so that they can aspire to the highest competitive level their skill, knowledge, desire, and drive will take them.
- Encourage and foster a passion for playing soccer.
- Build friendships and create a positive environment for growth and maturity.
- Achieve team success to build pride, commitment to teammates, facilitate player development and reinforce the importance of working togerether for a common goal.
Force Team Policies
- Fairness, honesty, respect and integrity underpin all personal interactions on the team.
- Openness with frequent communication and timely notification.
- Leadership is recognized and embraced when multiple solutions exist.
- Good sportsmanship, fair play and respect for teammates, parents, oppponents and officials.
- Adherence to Loudoun Soccer Club Procedures, Players, Parents and Coachers Code of Conduct.
- Full support for academic performance as top priority.
- Multiple sports and other activities are possible but Force practices and games must have priority.
- Punctuality for practice and games.
- Every boy plays anc contributes in every game.
